Lent Day 25

Ephesians 4:25-27

Therefore, each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.  “In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,  and do not give the devil a foothold.

REFLECTION

Be true to yourself and others. Don't create a false image of who you are. Never go to bed angry or mad. You'll only feel worse in the morning. It allows negative or evil thoughts to creep into your life.

Reflection by Ansley & Ray

PRAYER

Heavenly Father. Renew my mind by your spirit. Grant me the grace to put off falsehoods and anger. Help me to be honest with myself and others. Allow me to put aside negative thoughts and deeds, and help make the world a better place.

Amen
