We are a network of neighbors and community organizations dedicated to addressing food insecurity and homelessness by connecting and coordinating resources. By uniting local nonprofits, residents, and partners, we develop strategic solutions, foster connections, raise awareness, and combat stigma. Through collaboration and action, we work to respond effectively to the homelessness crisis and achieve housing for all.

We meet monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 11:00 am
